The July update for Runyour Agent introduces major enhancements to group and organization management.
From creating groups and assigning members to managing group credits and monitoring usage, we've streamlined the entire workflow into a more intuitive experience. We've also added new tools to compare model pricing and quickly find the right model for your need.
Here's what's new in the July update for Runyour Agent.
We've redesigned group management to make creating groups and assigning members faster and easier.
he group creation process now follows a three-step guided workflow. After entering your group information, you can complete member assignment step by step without navigating between multiple screens.
We've also redesigned the member invitation experience.
Group Managers can now perform tasks that were previously limited to Organization Admin.
This allows Group Managers to add and manage members directly, reducing the workload for Organization Admins while giving each group greater flexibility.
The group list and detail pages now include Credit Allocation and Reclaim options.
Organization Admins can allocate or reclaim credits for each group based on project needs, making it easier to manage budgets across teams.
Organization Admins can access each group's dashboard to monitor usage across the organization. Member lists now provide clearer visibility into user status and roles, making it easier to manage credits and operational policies.
The model list and detail pages now display cost tier badges for every model.
Cost tiers are based on the combined input and output credit cost per 1 million tokens.
You can now compare model costs at a glance, making it easier to choose the right model for your workload and budget.
The July update is now available in the Runyour Agent Console.
Use the new group creation and member management features to organize your teams more efficiently, while managing credits and usage from a single place.
We'll continue improving Runyour Agent to help teams collaborate more effectively while giving administrators greater visibility and control over organization-wide operations.
