Hi, this is the Runyour team.
The number of AI models currently available in the Runyour API router is 159.
While having more options is great, opening the model list often leads to a new dilemma.
"So, which one of these is right for my task?"
Every model has different context lengths, costs, and strengths. Comparing names and specs one by one can sometimes take more time than the actual work itself.
That’s why the Runyour API Router has not only improved how you use models, but also the process of finding the right one for you.
You no longer need to scroll through a long list from top to bottom. Sort models by your preferred criteria and get recommendations tailored to your specific needs to make a quick choice.

Previously, supported models were displayed in a simple list, but now you can compare essential information on a single screen and sort by the criteria that matter most to you when choosing a model.

If you need to analyze long reports, multiple documents at once, or work with large codebases, start with models that offer larger context windows Check it out.
Conversely, if you are focusing on short requests, you can quickly narrow down the necessary models based on context size.
In the model list, Cost per 1M input/1M output can be checked immediately.
You can sort models by cost, which is convenient when looking for models to apply to features with frequent calls or high-traffic services.

You can view models from specific providers or sort models by type, such as text or image, to browse them.
In the list, you can see the following information for each model at a glance:
Switch between list and card views to browse models in the way you prefer.

There is no need to compare all 159 models.
Runyour API Router provides recommended badges for certain models to help you decide which ones to explore first.
However, if you aren't familiar with model names or specifications, there is an even simpler way.

‘Recommended Model for You’ feature allows you to start with what you want to build rather than focusing on model names.
Select the task you would like to perform.
Select a task, and we will recommend the model best suited for your goal.
The recommendations don't just show the model name; they also highlight the reasons behind the suggestion, such as ‘natural long-form writing,’ ‘balance of quality and cost,’ or ‘rapid draft iteration.’
Instead of manually comparing benchmarks or specifications for every model, you can quickly narrow down your options based on the task you want to perform.

As the number of AI models grows, simply providing a large selection is no longer enough.
You need to be able to quickly find the right model for your task, compare the necessary criteria, and start testing immediately.
Sort models by your preferred criteria in the Runyour API Router, and if you're unsure which one to pick, try using our ‘Recommended for You’ feature.
Instead of reviewing 159 models one by one, start with your task and find the model you need.
